I came to the United States right after high school to play tennis and continue my education, and I was convinced that after 4 years I am going straight back to Latvia, but here I am. After graduating I worked in the Accounting field for a few years and just knew it was not for me, so I went back to school, studied in the evenings and over the weekends and recently got my degree in Architecture. Now, I was lucky enough to get my first job in the field with Nia Architects
