About

The proposed Regenerator Apartments will consist of a renovated existing 3-story ad a  16,000sf 4th floor addition with 48 affordable 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. The building’s resident common areas will include a shared lobby, shared community spaces, fitness area, computer room, bike storage and centralized residential mail and package holding area. Residential unit finishes will include luxury vinyl plank flooring, low VCT paint, Energy Star rated kitchen appliances and kitchen cabinets and countertops that are compliant with Chicago’s Department of Housing standards. Residential bathrooms will have ceramic tile flooring and ceramic tile surrounds at bathtub locations. Common residential areas will have similar finishes as the residential
