Senn Metropolitan High School

Nia has completed several renovation projects at Senn High School over the past ten years.

About this Project

Senn Metropolitan High School is a four-year public high school on Chicago’s North Side. Over the past several years, the work performed by Nia has included roof replacement, science lab upgrades, and cosmetic improvements to classrooms. We also completed a full ADA upgrade of the entire campus, which included the addition of a new elevator.

The most significant portion of the work at Senn was the complete renovation of the auditorium. As part of the renovation, a new audio/visual system was installed as well as an improved lighting system. Using a Design/Build approach, we successfully coordinated all engineering and environmental consultants as well as ensure work was completed with minimal disruption to students and teachers.
