New mixed-use development on Chicago’s Near South Side.

About this Project

Currently under construction, Southbridge development is a new mixed-use Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) composed of affordable and market-rate apartments. The two six-story buildings are a are located near the Cermak-McCormick Place Green Line Stop at Cermak and State on Chicago’s Near South Side.

Each building is a mixture of 103 affordable and market-rate apartments and three ground floor commercial spaces. The top floor houses amenity spaces with an exercise room, community dining room, and terraces. This new project is expected to break ground in the summer of 2019.
