Mixed-use development on the site of the former Harold L. Ickes Homes in Chicago’s South Loop neighborhood. This structure will house a mixture of affordable and market rate apartment units.

About this Project

This 11-story mixed-use tower is currently in the developmental phase in the Nia Chicago office. The new development will house retail on the first floor, and a mixture of market-rate apartments, affordable apartments, and amenity spaces on the top ten levels.
