About this Project

The Woodlawn Avenue Housing was done in relation to the nearby Woodlawn Station. The overall project was designed to provide additional sustainable transit-oriented development which offers convenient access to housing, healthcare, jobs, and other neighborhood amenities.

The project houses twelve three-bedroom units. Each 1,250 sf unit is designed to maximize the natural light while reducing energy use.
